Abstract Submission Guidelines
Format Requirements
- •Length: Abstracts should be between 250-300 words, excluding title, authors, and keywords.
- •Structure: Include background, objectives, methodology, results (or expected results), and conclusion.
- •Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords that best describe your research.
- •Author Information: Include names, affiliations, and contact information for all authors.
- •File Format: Submit as a Microsoft Word document (.docx).
Selection Criteria
Abstracts will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- •Relevance: Alignment with conference themes and objectives.
- •Originality: Novelty and innovation of the research or approach.
- •Methodology: Soundness and appropriateness of the methodology.
- •Impact: Potential contribution to engineering practice and sustainable development in Africa.
- •Clarity: Clear and concise presentation of ideas.
